Owen and Mommy-11/10/07

Mommy and Owen before the Alabama game. Daddy gave Owen some shakers to hold.

Owen looking at his feet.-11/10/07

Ever since Owen found his feet, he can't keep his eyes off of them. I put the feet and arm rattles on him to keep him occupied.

Owen on Halloween-10/31/07

Owen still can't sit up, so this is a picture with my hand trying to make him sit up without busting his head on the pavement. The pumpkin that John carved looks weird with the candle lit up. We were going to take Owen trick or treating to the grandparent's houses, but he fell asleep at 5:45. Oh well. There is always next year.

Owen at Pottery Party-10/07

April Stell had a pottery party. I took Owen and had his footprints done on a plaque for his grandparents. I also had myself some things made. He was so good having his hands and feet done. He didn't fuss or cry. He just sat there and let the lady paint his feet and hands. Regina, April, and Allyson loved on him as well.

Owen eating applesauce-10/07

Owen loves eating applesauce! You mean there is something else besides formula?!

Owen-10/07

Owen did not dress up as a pumpkin for Halloween. Jennifer Earnest gave me Adison's old pumpkin outfit, and I took a picture of Owen wearing it.

Annabelle-10/07

Annabelle laying on her princess pillow. She went through dog training and the leash looking thing is called a tether. It keeps her in close proximity at all times so you can keep an eye on her. This is part of the training process.

Daddy reading to Owen-10/07

I bought Owen the book Hello, Big Al!. John was reading Owen the book and telling him about Alabama football.

Owen in his Alabama attire-10/07

This is Owen after the Alabama vs. Tennesse game. We were all fired up. We took Owen's picture with Alabama shakers, hat, signed football, blanket, and burp cloths.

John, Crystal, and Owen-10/07

We took this picture before the Alabama vs. Tennessee game. It won't be too long until Owen can go with us.

Alabama vs. Tennessee-10/07

This was an awesome game! How great is it to beat Tennessee! 41 to 17!!!!

Close Up!-10/19/07

Can you see my long eyelashes?

I am so tired!-10/19/07

When Owen starts yawning, you better get him a bottle ready.

Mommy and Owen reading-10/16/07

It is never too early to read to a child. Mommy is reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar to Owen while he is wearing his Very Hungry Caterpillar sleeper.

The sleeper says it all!-10/15/07

The sleeper says it all....... I want my mummy!

Mommy and Owen-10/15/07

I was wearing my autumn attire and Owen was wearing his Halloween sleeper, so I thought it was fitting to take a picture in front of the autumn flowers.

Getting ready for church-10/14/07

Owen was ready to go to church. He had his cute little overall outfit on with his precious white shoes. This is the first time I am taking him to the church nursery. I am going to sit with him to make sure he is going to be okay without me. I am just paranoid.

Taking a bath!-10/13/07

Owen likes to take a bath. I have been bathing him on the counter, but it is getting harder to do with him moving around more. I am about to move the bathtub to his bedroom floor.

Owen trying to hold a rattle-10/13/07

Owen still hasn't quite mastered holding the rattle yet. He is really trying, but he just can't keep his eyes off of his circus mobile.

Owen and Ne Ne-10/10/07

Owen loves to talk to Ne Ne. He thinks there is nothing like her and she thinks the same about him.

Tummy Time! -10/7/07

Owen does not like tummy time very well. He is laying on a whale with water in the top. He looks like he is just relaxing, but about 30 seconds later (if that long) he was letting his temper loose.

Stroller Ride!-10/1/07

I got this new stroller from a friend. It is the three wheeled stroller by Jeep. I love this stroller for outside purposes. Owen loves to go on stroller rides. We went to see Keith and Heather Lewis who live just two roads over from us.

Owen and Mommy-10/1/07

I missed Owen so much when we went to Jacksonville. He is so precious and so hard to leave. I love him so much.

These are random shots of Owen and the family at John's parent's house.

Annabelle and Henry-10/07

Annabelle and Henry like going to John's parent's house. Annabelle has learned how to get onto the float when she wants to get in the pool. She also has figured out how to get into the water bowl when she is hot and the float isn't available for her.

9/29/07-9/30/07

John and I went to Jacksonville, Florida to watch Alabama play Florida State. I did not want to leave Owen, but John couldn't find anybody else to go with him. We visited Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Savannah, Georgia. The Atlantic Ocean in Jacksonville was nasty. It was brown sand and there were dead fish everywhere. It smelled awlful. I am glad we have the Gulf os Mexico. It was a nice trip (even though Alabama lost). I was happy to be home with Owen though.

Owen's Baby Dedication-9/9/07

We had Owen dedicated at Concord Baptist Church, where we attend church. We were going to wait until Owen was a little bit older, but we wanted our preacher Jamey Pruett to dedicate him. He was leaving our church for another position, so we went ahead and did it along with 2 other couples.

Annabelle and Henry-8/07

These are our dogs. Annabelle is the Yorkie that John got for me Christmas 2006. Henry is John's Chinese Pug.

Birth Day! 7/26/07

I had to have a C-section because Owen was breech. His legs were in front of his face. The worst thing about the C-section was the I.V. I was very sore afterwards. Owen was born at 8:39 A.M. and was 7 pounds even and 20 inches long. The whole procedure went really quick.

Cindy's Dance Magic Dance Recital-6/2/07

I can't believe I still danced being 31 weeks pregnant! I haven't missed a year yet, and I wasn't going to let being pregnant stop me. The only dance I could do this year was clogging. I couldn't fit into the other costumes or roll around on the ground. It was Michelle (our niece) fifth year. We gave her flowers and a ballerina plaque.

Memorial Day-5/28/07

Me, John, Keith and Heather Lewis, Keith's brother and his friend spent the day at the river. It was miserably hot. The baby had slowed his movements today which made me very nervous. Heather is three months pregnant. I am 30 weeks.

John proposed to me at an Alabama football game. He put the ring inside of a huge strawberry and waited until I picked it up to eat it. I was clueless and very shocked.
